Little Gem

Little Gem is a Wheat Ale fermented with the Kveik yeast strain from Norway. We use local Kumquats from our friends at the Kumquat Growers Inc to make it the perfect blend of fruity aromas from the yeast and citrus flavor from the Kumquats.
